Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
At Jackys Electronics, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within seven (7) days of the date of purchase.
- i.If a defect is discovered after opening/using the product, your product is covered under repair/replacement warranty of the manufacturer. Please note Jackys Electronics is a retailer only and the obligation for warranty rests with manufacturer of the product as per the warranty condition listed on the warranty card.
- ii.Exchange or Return shall be made provided unopened (original seal not broken) along with accessories & FOC (Free of Cost)
Conditions of Return
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be in its original, unopened packaging (including unit carton) along with any accessories and free-of-charge items if applicable.
The product must be in unused and undamaged condition.
The original sales invoice must be presented.
Return and Exchange Procedure
To return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:
Contact our Customer Service Team through the Contact Us page or by calling +971 4 2522241 or +971 549945532.
Provide our Customer Service Team with the following information:
- Your name and contact details.
- The order numbers.
- The reason for the return or exchange
Ship the item back to us in its original packaging, along with the original sales invoice.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be made to the original purchase method within 3-4 business days.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for another item of equal or Higher Value, we will gladly process your exchange. If you opt to exchange the item with a lesser-value product remaining amount will give as Jacky’s Cash voucher. Please note that you may be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

- Movie/Music/Gaming titles
- Cartridges & Toners
- Watches
- Personal Care Products
