Exchange can be made within 5 days of purchase in the following cases
- The original invoice must be submitted as a proof of purchase for any exchange items. The products must be in its original packing condition, unused, unopened and intact.
- Condition applies for any exchange items during special promotions or sale.
- Condition applies for exchange items against home delivery materials such as TVs and household appliances but before they are being delivered to the customer’s place.
Refund can be made within 5 days of purchase in the following cases
- The product must be defective at the time of purchase in the sales area.
- The product must be found defective at the time of delivery prior to items being delivered or installed in client’s premises.
The consumer is not entitled to a refund within 5 days of purchase in the following cases
- Customer change mind on the purchase, either the product is/are free of any defects, or having the same item elsewhere at a different price.
- Failure to check the product at the time of purchase will give the dealer the right to send the defective product to the authorized agent for repair or to replace the unit with the same product. Either the Dealer has the right to refuse to fix if the product found is misuse which is not considered covered by warranty.
- Cash or credit refund for gift voucher purchases are not permitted.
- Health and beauty care products can not be replaced or refunded (due to hygienic reasons), except in case of violation of the law.
- Installation charges will not be refunded for the delivered and installed items.
- Dhs.500/-or above refund on credit card purchases will be credited to customer's credit card account within 3 weeks time.
- These Terms & conditions shall be governed and constructed in accordance with the laws of the UAE as applied in the respective Emirate.
